ARDIS® sets course for its next growth phase
At ARDIS®, we strongly believe in sustainable growth, local roots, and international ambition. That's why we were proud to officially open our new headquarters in Aalter (Belgium). Just over a year after laying the first stone, we moved into our new offices at Léon Bekaertlaan 18A in mid-May. In June, we celebrated this milestone together with the entire team, neighbors, construction partners, and local policymakers.

A new home base for further growth

The opening of this building is so much more than a move. It's an important step in the ARDIS® growth story.

Since Bern De Lille and Veronique Clarebout took over the company in 2018, it has grown from a team of around ten employees to roughly fifty colleagues. Today, we support customers in more than 80 countries with smart software for production planning, control, and optimization in the wood/panel processing industry.

The site is within walking distance of the train station and sits in a green transition zone between industrial and residential areas. Thanks to the compact layout, the glass façades all around, and the thoughtful integration into the greenery, an open, bright, and pleasant work environment took shape.

For us, it was important to create a place where people enjoy coming together. A place that encourages collaboration, gives room for growth, and at the same time makes our warm company DNA tangible.

A building that reflects our identity

The software world can come across as abstract. That's exactly why we wanted this building to make tangible what ARDIS® stands for: warmth, entrepreneurship, humanity, and connection. You can see this in the choice of materials, the textures, the striking BBQ sculpture, and the organic bars on every floor. Perhaps atypical for a corporate building but entirely fitting with how we bring people together and make room for new ideas.

Ready for what's next

With this new headquarters, ARDIS® aims to continue its international growth story from Aalter. We want to position ourselves even more strongly in the region as a warm and ambitious employer, where people are given responsibility and can help build international impact.
