ARDIS® eröffnet neuen Hauptsitz in Aalter und steuert auf die nächste Wachstumsphase zu
Bei ARDIS® glauben wir fest an nachhaltiges Wachstum, lokale Verankerung und internationalen Ehrgeiz. Mit großem Stolz haben wir daher unseren neuen Hauptsitz in Aalter (Belgien) offiziell in Betrieb genommen. Etwas mehr als ein Jahr nach der Grundsteinlegung sind wir Mitte Mai in unsere neuen Büros in der Léon Bekaertlaan 18A umgezogen. Im Juni haben wir diesen Meilenstein gemeinsam mit Kollegen, Nachbarn, Baupartnern und lokalen Entscheidungsträgern gefeiert.

Eine neue Heimat für weiteres Wachstum

Die Eröffnung dieses Gebäudes ist weit mehr als nur ein Umzug. Sie ist ein wichtiger Schritt in der Wachstumsgeschichte von ARDIS®. Seit Bern De Lille und Veronique Clarebout das Unternehmen 2018 übernommen haben, ist es von einem Team von rund zehn Mitarbeitern auf etwa fünfzig Kollegen gewachsen. Heute unterstützen wir Kunden in mehr als 80 Ländern mit intelligenter Software für Produktionsplanung, -steuerung und -optimierung in der holzverarbeitenden Industrie.

The site is within walking distance of the train station and sits in a green transition zone between industrial and residential areas. Thanks to the compact layout, the glass façades all around, and the thoughtful integration into the greenery, an open, bright, and pleasant work environment took shape.

For us, it was important to create a place where people enjoy coming together. A place that encourages collaboration, gives room for growth, and at the same time makes our warm company DNA tangible.

A building that reflects our identity

The software world can come across as abstract. That's exactly why we wanted this building to make tangible what ARDIS® stands for: warmth, entrepreneurship, humanity, and connection. You can see this in the choice of materials, the textures, the striking BBQ sculpture, and the organic bars on every floor. Perhaps atypical for a corporate building but entirely fitting with how we bring people together and make room for new ideas.

Ready for what's next

With this new headquarters, ARDIS® aims to continue its international growth story from Aalter. We want to position ourselves even more strongly in the region as a warm and ambitious employer, where people are given responsibility and can help build international impact. 

Or as Bern De Lille and Veronique Clarebout sum it up: "This building is not an endpoint, but a new starting point. We look back with great gratitude on the journey to get here, and with at least as much eagerness toward everything still to come."
